Pinehurst Fairwoods #7 Real Estate (Semi-Private Gated) (Homes $500,000-$2,000,000)

In addition to Pinehurst #1-6, Pinehurst members can join Pinehurst # 7 for an additional $10K transfer fee and a monthly dues increase of $52.  This Tom Fazio-designed course is a private gated golf community (393 acres) that takes advantage of dramatic elevation changes and preserved natural wetlands, producing a challenging layout for all levels of play.  Pinehurst #7 has a very active golf association with numerous tournaments scheduled throughout the year. They also have monthly card parties and the #7 restaurant (open to the public) is my favorite place to have a quick lunch. Their sandwiches and salads are great and the setting, looking over the 18th hole, is spectacular. As with a Pinehurst 1-6 membership, there is no monthly minimum restaurant charge for members. Homes and lots in the Fairwoods on 7 that have an existing Pinehurst 1-7 membership can transfer the membership for $15,000. Visit. The Fairwoods website for more information.
